We collect your email address when you create an account, and the transaction data you enter (date, coin, amount, client, platform, notes). We do not collect payment card data — payments are processed by Cryptomus.
Your data is used solely to provide the OpsBoard service — displaying your income dashboard, calculating totals, and generating exports. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data is stored on Supabase (hosted on AWS). All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Row-Level Security ensures each user can only access their own data.
We use only session cookies required for authentication. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Danger zone. For other requests, contact us at privacy@opsboard.app.
